Check in time is 4pm and departure time is 10:30am.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8-9.15am in the breakfast room. All prices quoted include a Full English Breakfast. A choice of cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit and preserves are also on offer. Vegetarian options are available on booking.
Advanced Bookings
A 20% non-refundable advanced booking deposit is required at time of booking and full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
One Night Stays
One night stays are payable in full upon booking and are not refundable if cancelled.
Walk-ins
Guests must pay upon arrival.
Changes
If any changes need to be made to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to help with your changes as best we can but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate all requests. Where we can make changes, an amendment fee of £10 per person/per amendment will become payable unless it is to increase the value of the booking.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply.

Coombe House accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash and cheques accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
Children aged 3-12 years of age are charged at a rate of £20 per night. 0-2 year olds are free!
Coombe House is a farmhouse bed and breakfast which lies in the peaceful rural setting of Coombe Farm on the famous and picturesque Mount Edgcumbe estate close to Polhawn Fort and part of the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall.
