Weddings

Coombe House is ideally located in between two beautiful wedding venues. Polhawn Fort accommodation at Whitsand Bay and The Orangery within Mount Edgcumbe Park. Church ceremonies are held at nearby Rame or Maker Church.

Both venues are approximately five minutes by car from Coombe House. The guest house is therefore a popular choice for both family and friends of the wedding party; somewhere they can relax, mingle and get to know each other before the big day.

We can arrange taxi transport (minibus or taxi) for our guests to and from the wedding. As we do offer ample car parking, guests can always leave their cars on site.

Our Edgcumbe ensuite room, with its sea views, is the perfect accommodation for the Bride and her entourage. It offers a spacious, bright and relaxing room in which to prepare for that special day.

As Coombe House has five rooms accommodating up to 15 people, it is ideally suited for friends and family to stay in one location, where they can meet up for breakfast, wander into the village for dinner or enjoy a drink on the lawn with the stunning sea view as a backdrop.
